Full House Clearance
Complete property clearance. 1-2 bedroom house or flat. Every room, every item, property left clean.
Large Property Clearance
3+ bedroom house with loft, garage and outbuildings. Full clearance including all external areas.
Probate Clearance
Full property clearance with probate valuation and HMRC documentation. Priced based on property size and contents.

Compassionate clearance at your pace. Priced individually – we never rush and we always discuss items of value first.

People often ask whether it’s cheaper to hire a skip. It’s usually not – and here’s why:
Sorted House Clearance
We do all the lifting, carrying and loading. You don’t lift a finger. Price includes all labour, disposal fees, recycling and donation sorting. Property left clean and swept. Waste transfer notes provided. No permit needed.
Hiring a Skip
You do all the lifting and loading yourself. Skip hire is just the container – you still pay disposal fees at the tip. No cleaning included. No waste transfer notes. Council permit may be required (extra cost and delay). Skip sits on your drive for days.
